Enabling teams to become more successful, effective, and happy has been my passion for almost 20 years. From volunteering lead, to managing my own team or coaching groups through transitions and change – the idea of empowering groups of individuals to be more than the sum of their parts has always been my north star.
I have been working as a Team Lead, Change Manager and Coach and am accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and as a Change Management Professional (ACMP) with over 10 years of experience in leading through change. I love taking on new challenges and my experience spans over 5 different countries where I have worked and lived, for example the Unites States and France. I like discovering new places, good food and all sorts of games.
My Vision
With Coach in a BOX, I want to bring the idea to live that all teams can benefit from the amazing effects of Coaching. The wisdom of Coaching is that we can find our own answers if we just ask the right questions and allow room for thought process. I am convinced that a team’s growth journey can be accelerated with trainings that are intuitive, playful and fun.
