Foundation Coaching Platform

The core of Foundations is the online coaching platform. Here you can track your coaching progress and experience your individual coaching sessions with your digital Coach “Sammy”.

Guided Self-Coaching for your team

After you have selected the individual learning path for your team, you can dive into your guided coaching sessions. Your digital Coach “Sammy” will walk you through your session and explain every coaching step in detail.

Foundation Content

Each session comes with a box containing all the materials you need for your team coaching experience. Unbox Foundation and endeavor an engaging mix of different learning activities, e.g. quizzes, role playing, exit games and many more elements. Each of the 10 sessions in Foundation is sorted and organized in individual session boxes. The online coaching sessions will explain how to use all the material for each session.

Foundation Sessions

Our online Coach “Sammy” will guide you along the way and help ensure your Learning Journey entails the most impactful, relevant coaching sessions. Foundation consists of a total of 10 different sessions based on different themes, each about 120 minutes. When and how you want to conduct the sessions is up to you – a 2-day intensive workshop or rather one session at a time?
