Coach in a BOX – Procedure

Step 1: Fill in Questionnaire (for each team member)

You can find the questionnaire here: Discovery Analysis. The code is the same for each team member. Enter your code on the page under “Login to Individual Team Analysis”.
Select your preferred language and read & confirm the data protection information. Then click on Send to start filling out the questionnaire.
This takes about 20 minutes and we recommend answering the questionnaire in one go without major interruptions. This is anonymous and no personal data is collected.

Step 2: Check Participation

Check whether all members of your team have completed the questionnaire. This also works on this page: Discovery Analysis
To check your team status, simply enter your group code in the Team Status Check. Once all team members have completed the analysis, request the results by clicking on Submit Request.

Step 3: Discovery – Evaluation and Results

Your results will then be evaluated and made available to you directly on the coaching platform. To do this, log in to the Coaching Platform and click on the tab Discovery Analysis.

Step 4: Discovery Reflection

To discuss your discovery analysis, you can do the Discovery Reflection together. For this purpose, we offer you the opportunity to do a 90-minute self-coaching session. To do this, click on the Discovery Reflection tab in the coaching platform.

Step 5: Coaching Platform

Your self-coaching journey will begin on the Coaching Platform.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What is Coach in a BOX?

Coach in a BOX contains different coaching sessions, which last 2-3 hours depending on the team size; for each exercise, you need the virtual coaching session on the learning platform and the respective BOX. You experience these sessions together with your team in order to endeavor new ways of team work and collaboration.

How do I log in to the virtual platform?

Go to www.zedar-cs.com/foundation-login. To log in, you can use the same code as for the Discovery Team Analysis.

Note: To edit the learning platform, you must add the abbreviation -GL to your group code, e.g. GABC-DEF-GHI-GL.This code is specifically intended for the team leader. With the code without the -GL suffix, the learning platform can be accessed but not edited.

Why aren’t my changes being saved?

Changes are only saved for the user who logs in with the abbreviation -GL at the end of the group code. Only one user can login with group leader abbreviation at a time. Example: GABC-DEF-GHI-GL.

What do we do with the box?

Feel free to take a look at the box, but we recommend that you wait to unpack all the individual parts until you start the respective session; Sammy, your virtual coach, will explain what you need for each session in advance.

What do we need for the sessions?

For each session, you should all be in the same room, ideally a meeting room or team room. You will also need a PC and a projector or TV to project the virtual coaching session; all other materials are in your box.

How do we get started?
Log in to the learning platform as described above.
Click on the first field “Select session” in the learning path.
Then select your respective session (e.g. A3 or A4) and click on Save.
You must then select a date for this exercise and click Save again.
You can then start the first session at any time by clicking the Start button.
Everything else will be explained to you in the session.
A button is not working. What can I do?

Three reasons can cause a button not to respond right away:
(1) If the button appears in red color, it means that the slide content (e.g. video or sound) is not yet finished. The sessions are designed in a way that the learner cannot skip the slide content when listening to it the first time. The button will automatically turn green when the slide content is finished.
(2)  Some pages have a checkbox called “Task completed” and it requires the team to complete a task first before they continue. This checkbox can be clicked when the slide content (e.g. video or sound) has finished. When you click the checkbox, the “Continue” button turns green and is enabled.
(3) The Playbar can cause a button not to respond when overlapping a button. In this case, minimizing the Playbar will help to click the button. You can minimize the Playbar using the little arrow on the right of the Playbar.

How do I repeat a page?

Just click on the “Back” button to go to the previous page and click on the “Continue” button to get back to your original page.

Why is the session not displayed correctly?

Depending on the screen type and settings, the session might not be displayed correctly. Especially for 4K-resolution (3840×2160 pixel) screens it can happen that the experience is not as intended. The reason is that sometimes operating system like Window 11 are adjusting the scaling too high.
Please make the following adjustment for your screen in Windows 11 to remove the issue.
Go to: System/Display/Scale & Layout
3840×2160 settings: Scale 200%
1920×1080 settings: Scale 100%

Why is my session displayed so small?

When you have started the session in the Foundation Platform click the “Fullscreen” button. Check also the question “Why is the session not displayed correctly?”
