Sammy: Hello Dominik, it’s great to talk to you today! 2024 was an exciting year for Coach in a BOX. What can we expect in the coming year, 2025?
Dominik: Hello Sammy, thanks for having me! 2024 was indeed a very successful year for us, but 2025 will be even more exciting. We have big plans and are looking forward to launching some new, exciting products and features. One of the highlights will be the introduction of Coach in a BOX – Transformation. This new solution will support companies in initiating and accompanying profound changes in their teams. It will provide a tailored solution for transformations in organizations that will make planned changes even more successful.
Sammy: Sounds really exciting! Can you tell us more about Coach in a BOX – Transformation and what makes it unique?
Dominik: Sure! Coach in a BOX – Transformation will be a purpose-built solution to support teams before or during a transformation process. We put a special focus on collective development across the organization to help teams achieve their goals during major change periods. We combine modern coaching methods with interactive tools that enable continuous reflection and the setting of clear milestones. We believe that change is not a one-time process, but an ongoing journey – and that’s exactly what we offer with Coach in a BOX – Transformation.
Sammy: That sounds like a really valuable addition. What else is on the agenda for 2025?
Dominik: Another big goal for 2025 is to grow our team. We have learned an incredible amount and achieved a lot in recent years, but to further realize our vision, we need even more talented and passionate people. We will be bringing new colleagues on board to strengthen our team and work with us on new ideas and projects. We are looking for people who share our values and want to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Sammy: So team growth is on the cards. And what about the events and fairs – will Coach in a BOX be attending fairs again in 2025?
Dominik: Yes, definitely! We have already received a lot of positive feedback at major trade fairs this year, such as L&DPro 2024 and LEARNTEC 2024. For 2025, we plan to attend even more events to further expand our network and promote exchange with other companies and organizations. There are numerous exciting trade fairs that we have our eye on, and we look forward to convincing even more people of the benefits of Coach in a BOX.
Sammy: It sounds like 2025 will be a year of growth and innovation. Finally, what advice would you give to companies looking to boost their team development in 2025?
Dominik: I would encourage companies to set clear team development goals and integrate self-coaching as a central part of that process. Coach in a BOX offers an excellent opportunity to not only support teams in their daily work but also to pursue long-term development goals. By recognizing and continuously working on their own strengths and weaknesses, teams can not only improve their collaboration but also make real changes to their culture. For 2025, I hope that all companies clearly define their team goals and provide the necessary resources to support their employees in the best possible way.
